Delivery

Wellworking provides an award-winning delivery service for larger items (i.e. chairs, desks, tables, sofas etc.) for all mainland UK addresses and includes installation and user training.

This service is provided by our own, fully trained staff and in one hour time slots to both domestic and commercial addresses.

We are currently unable to deliver to non-mainland UK addresses (Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey etc.) due to the bulky nature of our products.

All products ordered online are delivered fully assembled or are assembled onsite by our own team.

Deliveries of larger items to more remote areas (i.e. Highlands) may take a few days longer, but are still at no additional charge.

Wellworking does not ship or sell any items outside mainland UK.

For larger commercial projects, delivery & installation will be quoted on a project by project basis.

Smaller items (i.e. monitor arms, mice, accessories etc.) are sent via courier and must be signed for on delivery. Tracking numbers are available so that deliveries can be traced every step of the way.

Wellworking only sells brand new, original products and is an Authorised Herman Miller retailer.

Wellworking is also an Authorised Vitra repair agent.

Returns

Any product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason. Original packaging is not required.

Wellworking offer free collection for all items being returned from UK Mainland addresses. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method once the item has been returned but it can take 3-5 working days for banks to process this.

Warranties

All warranties are automatically applied and there is no need to register your product.

Please keep your proof of purchase safe and in the unlikely event a fault occurs, contact us and we will arrange a service visit or replacement.

Please Note:

Due to the current circumstances related to the COVID-19 virus, in order to minimise contact with both customers and our staff, we will normally deliver to the front door of your home or office. If you would like us to install the item in its final position then we can do this on request.

We will still be removing packaging and taking it away with us for recycling. We are also offering a virtual user training and set up service if requested.

If you are in self isolation, please ensure that you notify us by return. We would ask you in this instance to remain inside your home when your furniture arrives. Our driver will unpack your furniture, leave it on your doorstep, and take away the packaging for recycling.
